2. Services

• Gamified trivia competitions, where learners can participate in quizzes and earn rewards.
• Multi-channel accessibility through mobile App, SMS, USSD, and Web.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any trivia or reward-based activities.
• By using KOYI, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to KOYI content and trivia may require a subscription fee.
• Fees, charges, and payment terms will be displayed clearly at the point of subscription.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable.

5. Trivia Competitions

• Participation in quiz competitions is subject to the rules displayed within the App, SMS, USSD, or Web platform.
• Winners are selected in accordance with the published competition rules.
• Rewards are non-exchangeable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• P.E Gaming Limited reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activity or violates these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the KOYI platform for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
• Interfere with the operation of our services.
• Copy, distribute, or resell KOYI content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on KOYI remain the property of P.E Gaming Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• KOYI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical issues beyond our control.
• P.E Gaming Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of KOYI.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (published separately).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to KOYI if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
